I’ll admit, I’m usually loyal to my go-to place, so I wasn’t expecting to be too impressed here. The seats were actually really comfy, which kind of won me over a bit, but it did feel a little crowded. Overall, not bad at all, just wish there was a bit more room.

"It worked out, but man, the access info needs work"
I booked a lounge and, kind of on the spot, asked about wheelchair access because I suddenly realized the info online wasn’t super clear. The staff were genuinely nice and tried to help, which I appreciated. I did get in fine in the end, but it felt like way more hassle than it needed to be.

Used the lounge with my wife and our two kids before we flew, and it took a lot of the usual airport chaos out of the day. Booking through executivelounges.com was really straightforward and getting in was no hassle at all
The staff were friendly with the kids, there were plenty of snacks, and we managed to find some quiet seats to relax for a bit. It made the whole airport experience feel way less stressful, so I’d definitely book again for family trips

The voucher did come through in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the delivery timing had been a bit clearer upfront, because I wasn’t sure when to expect it. Overall it worked out, but the communication could be better.

"Way Better Than Waiting at the Gate"
Booked through executivelounges.com and had a good experience. The lounge was nice and calm, with plenty of seats around, and I probably waited maybe 5 minutes or so for food and drinks. It was a much more relaxed way to spend the hour or two before my flight than sitting out at the gate

I used executivelounges.com to book an airport lounge and, it was all straightforward enough. The booking process was easy and the lounge itself was fine. Nothing really wrong with it. But for the price, I did sort of expect a bit more. The food options were basic, and it got quite busy while I was there. So yeah, not a bad experience, just didn’t feel like great value for money.

The food was fresh enough and the drinks were nice. The selection wasn’t anything amazing, but it was still a good option before my flight. I just wish the instructions or signs had been a little clearer, because I wasn’t totally sure how everything worked at first.

I kind of wish I’d booked with them in the first place instead of stressing over the issue I had. The staff were friendly right from the start and helped sort everything out without making it feel like a big drama. Even though they were busy, I still felt looked after. I’d definitely use them again.

"Clean and Comfortable Before My Flight"
I used the lounge before my flight the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. I was going to say it just looked tidy, but actually it felt properly well looked after. The tables were wiped down, the toilets were clean, and there wasn’t any rubbish left lying around. It was just nice to sit somewhere that didn’t feel sticky or messy for once. The staff seemed to be keeping on top of things too, which made a difference. Simple thing, I know, but it really does make the whole wait more comfortable.

Booked a lounge in just a few minutes no hassle at all. The site was clear, payment went through without any weird steps, and the confirmation email showed up straight away. For me, if something is easy to book and the email lands right after, that’s usually enough to tell me it went smoothly. Happy with it...
